We're looking for passionate, dedicated individuals ready to be part of the Chai Elements experience. All applicants must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Kitchen Staff
Responsibilities
⏱ Full Shifts
👨🍳 Experience Required
● Preparation of tea, coffee, and food items
● Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
● Assisting with inventory and restocking
● Following food safety and sanitation procedures
● Supporting overall kitchen operations during service hours
Weekday Shifts (Monday – Thursday): 5-hour shifts
Weekend Shifts (Friday – Sunday): 6-hour shifts
Front of Front of House Staff
Front of House Team Member
⏱ Full Shifts
👨🍳 Experience Required
● Greeting and assisting customers
● Preparing and serving beverages
● Maintaining cleanliness of dining and service areas
● Delivering exceptional customer service
● Handling cashier and point-of-sale responsibilities
Weekday Shifts (Monday – Thursday): 5-hour shifts
Weekend Shifts (Friday – Sunday): Either 6-hour shifts or 3-hour shifts depending on scheduling needs
Candidate Qualifications
● Strong communication and teamwork skills
● Positive attitude and professional demeanor
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Reliability and punctuality are essential
● Prior restaurant or café experience preferred, but not required
● Legal U.S.A work status
